MGS-23

Description

MGS-23 is an upgrade kit for Zu-23 AAD gun. It enables engagement of targets at Night using thermal imaging weapon sight (TWS) and an easy to use display system. The TWS operates at 50Hz allowing user to see the fast moving aerial targets without any distortions and latency and has inbuilt reticles to engage with drones and other aerial targets, its integrated with an external display to allow the gunner to engage while sitting on the cradle and align the gun with the targets with ease. The entire kit is self powered and is supplied with a mounting kit for seamless and quick integration with the Zu-23 gun platform.

It provides the sharpest thermal images on the market, utilizing Tonbo’s 12-micron TUVE-XII core powered by an advanced thermal image processor. The core and display operates at 50Hz update rate allowing the user to be behind the sight for long duration without seeing motion blur and getting fatigued. The 50Hz update rate with zero latency allows effective engagement with the fast moving aerial threats including drones.

The Edge Detect mode is designed to allow the user to discern between the aerial threats and the background, enabling quick reaction time

It is designed to survive harsh battlefield conditions whether on ground, air or sea and is rated to survive shock
