Description

JetHD-OEM is especially designed electronics for multi sensor gimbals.

It enables system designers and OEMs to realize the complete video path for multiple digital imaging sensors including but not limited to SWIR, LWIR, MWIR and day imagers. It supports upto XGA for thermal and 720p for day imagers at full frame rate. The electronics also allows communication interfaces to the imagers, laser range finders and to the inertial and GPS sensors making it a complete motherboard for the gimbal. With its capability to serialise the video data it enables digital data transfer over sliprings and with its integrated GPU processor it allows digital HD data video processing for very advanced image processing algorithms.

The system is designed as two stage electronics connected via SDI signals for video and ethernet control for communication. A set of electronics sits inside the gimbal payload (Payload electronics) and the other set sits inside the base of the gimbal (Baseboard Electronics).
