GyroStabilised Gimbals for Surveillance and Target Engagement
The Hummingbird is a lightweight, compact, and gyro-stabilized family of lightweight gimbals for surveillance drones and loitering munitions. It features a long-wave infrared (LWIR) imager and a day imager with optical zoom, providing dual output EO and IR images that enhance situational awareness in daytime and in darkness, smoke, haze, rain, fog, and other hazardous situations.
The Hummingbird can stream out sensor-fused videos with the capability to enhance target acquisition and situational awareness.
It also features an optional video target tracker that allows for automatic target tracking and follow-on visual cues. The advanced algorithms are ideal for fire and forget homing for loitering munitions for precision strike. The Hummingbird HB1500 provides maximum capability in a very compact package and is designed to MIL-STDs to operate in harsh conditions.
