Responsibilities

– Manage documentation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

– Manage and deliver end-user training (excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Hindi is essential)

– Act as the point of escalation for team members, providing guidance and resolving complex issues.

– Be the SPOC for all things documentation

– Assist fellow technical writers in the scheduling, planning, and tracking of documentation to meet client deadlines.

Must Have

You will be part of the core documentation team that innovates, develops, and delivers a variety of content for internal and external audiences.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop and deliver technical training programs to both internal employees and external customers. Tonbo imaging is seeking a systems engineer with hands on experience in evaluating advanced Electro Optical Systems. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of optics and electro optics. The position is for the systems team tasked to define test, evaluation strategies and the corresponding planning and execution. The candidate should have the ability to develop, lead and execute effective verification approaches for EO/IR

Desired skills include –

  1. Designs and development of unique solutions for assessing system performance
  2. Experience in developing detailed test requirements, plans, and procedures based on product design and system requirements
  3. Generate test equipment requirements and test configurations, interfaces, and special fixtures necessary to meet the test requirements
  4. Extensive design, debug and troubleshooting skills for debugging imaging systems.
  5. Execute test operations such that all tests are completed in accordance with the defined test procedures and standard processes

Qualifications
