\nIn this role, you will be responsible to develop and deliver technical training programs to both internal employees and external customers. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to ensure that our training programs effectively convey the technical knowledge required to support our products and solutions.<\/p>\n

**Must Have**<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master\u2019s degree or certifications in training and development are a plus.
\n\u2022 7-10 years of experience as an ID and Trainer or similar role, preferably in the Aerospace, defence or semiconductor or hardware tech industry.
\n\u2022 Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely.
\n\u2022 Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in using training tools, apps and platforms, such as Powerpoint, LMS, MS Teams.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with building Computer Based Training (CBT) modules and IETMs
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
\n\u2022 Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
\n\u2022 Sound knowledge of spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory for this role. Any other language regional or international is an advantage
\n\u2022 Sound fitness to undertake outdoor trainings in demanding conditions and environment.

**Responsibilities**<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Develop and deliver technical training programs for Tonbo Imaging products and systems, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with SMEs and product development teams to gather technical content and ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
\n\u2022 Design and storyboard interactive and engaging learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and application.
\n\u2022 Design and create training materials, including presentations, training manuals, videos, and hands-on exercises.
\n\u2022 Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements to existing training programs.
\n\u2022 Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
\n\u2022 Ensure all learning materials are consistent with Tonbo Imaging’s branding guidelines and instructional standards.
\n\u2022 Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, equipment setup, and participant registration.
