He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) and a Master’s degree in Science (Honours) in Chemistry from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, as well as a Master’s degree in Science (Materials Science and Engineering) from the University of Washington. Rajendra Kumar D is the Vice President – Strategic Partnerships & Project Management Office of the Company. He is responsible for developing and managing key relationships with defence, government, and international partners. His role focuses on evaluating and executing partnerships and collaborations to ensure alignment with the Company’s long-term business objectives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication) from Bangalore University, a Certificate in Business Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has also completed the Security Assistance Management International course from the Defence Institute of Security Assistance Management, New Delhi. He was previously associated with the Indian Navy and Larsen & Toubro Limited.
Shilpa Muthamma M A is the Head of Human Resources of the Company. She is responsible for developing and executing the Company’s human resource strategy in alignment with its business goals, leading talent acquisition, and managing employee relations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Financial Management, Financial Services & Markets) from Bangalore University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Mount Carmel Institute of Management, Bangalore.
