KEY MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL
Tiruvidaimarudhur Srivatsan Sivashankar is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is responsible for overseeing all finance operations, including accounting, banking, investor relations, the development of annual and long-term strategic plans, and managing the interface with the Board. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Electrical Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He was previously associated with Citibank and Arpwood Capital Private Limited as an Operating Partner.
Ankita Agarwalla is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. She is responsible for managing corporate governance, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and providing related administrative support. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, both from Osmania University, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to joining the Company, She was associated with Spinnmax Tyres Private Limited as Company Secretary and with Absolute Barbecue Private Limited as Senior Manager – Finance and Accounts.
