Sonal Shrivastava is the Chairperson and an Independent Director of the Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemical Engineering) from Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag, and a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai. With over 25 years of extensive experience across finance and management functions, She has held senior leadership roles in several leading global and Indian organizations. Her professional experience includes serving as Senior Manager – Business Development at Lafarge India Limited; Chief Financial Officer at Lafarge Aggregates & Concrete India Private Limited; Deputy General Manager – Corporate Finance at Suzlon Energy Limited; Chief Financial Officer at Duet Capital; and Chief Financial Officer for Asia, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific regions at Holcim Services (South Asia) Limited. She has also served as President and Group Chief Financial Officer at Vedanta Limited.She is currently associated with Waaree Energy Limited as its Chief Financial Officer.

Arvind Kondangi Lakshmikumar is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He provides overall strategic leadership and ensures that the Company’s technology development is closely aligned with its long-term business objectives. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering (Software Systems) from The Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. With over 20 years of experience, he has extensive expertise in capital raising, leading global product engineering teams, and managing government and enterprise sales. He was awarded the SME Entrepreneur of the Year by CNBC on July 25, 2025, in recognition of his entrepreneurial leadership.
Ankit Kumar is the Executive Director and Chief Business and Revenue Officer of the Company. He leads the Company’s global revenue growth by executing its business strategy, driving international sales—including across NATO countries—and expanding market presence within the defence sector. He is responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with customers and government stakeholders, while identifying opportunities to align the Company’s offerings with evolving operational requirements in global defence markets. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Honours) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. With over 20 years of experience, he has led research and development programs globally across defence, surveillance, and automotive safety domains, and is a recognized domain expert in optics, computer vision, and machine learning.
Cecilia D’Souza is the Executive Director and Chief Commercial Officer of the Company. She is responsible for developing and executing long-term commercial strategies, managing commercial teams and budgets, and identifying opportunities to support the Company’s sustained growth. She has passed the final examination for a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Bangalore University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With over 20 years of experience, She has extensive expertise in finance, accounting, and the management of multi-location international operations. Her strong professional background includes international accounting, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, and operational logistics.
Amit Dilip Shah is a Nominee Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. With over 25 years of experience in venture capital, He brings deep expertise in investment management and strategic growth. He is currently associated with Artiman Management LLC as its Managing Member.
Sai Ram Edara is a Nominee Director of the Company. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification issued by the Guam Board of Accountancy. With over 30 years of experience spanning the manufacturing, finance, and legal sectors, He has held senior leadership roles across several prominent organizations. His previous associations include Tyche Electronics Limited, Shaw Wallace & Co. Limited, Alembic Limited, and Neuland Laboratories, where he served as General Manager – Finance. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer at The Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Limited, NSL Sugars Limited, Ganga Kaveri Seeds Private Limited, and as Group Chief Financial Officer at the Archean Group. He is currently associated with HBL Engineering Limited as its Chief Financial Officer.
Mathew Cyriac is a Nominee Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Madras, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, where he was awarded the IIMB Medal for securing first rank in his programme. With over 26 years of experience across the finance and management sectors, He has held senior leadership roles in leading global financial institutions. He was previously associated with Blackstone Advisors India Private Limited as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of its India Private Equity Group. His earlier professional experience includes associations with Bank of America, Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, and DLJ Merchant Banking Partners.
Rishikesha Thiruvenkata Krishnan is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Master’s degree in Science (Physics) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Master’s degree in Science from Stanford University. He has also completed the Fellow Programme in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and has been conferred the title of Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. With over 27 years of experience in management and corporate strategy, He has been a faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore since May 1996. He served as Director of IIM Bangalore from July 2020 to July 2025 and previously as Director of IIM Indore from January 2014 to December 2018.
Lakshminarayana R. Kollengode is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and a Ph.D.-equivalent from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He has also passed the final examination of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. With over 30 years of experience in strategy and risk management, He has held senior leadership roles in prominent organizations. He was previously associated with Wipro Limited as Chief Strategy Officer and is currently serving as Chief Endowment Officer at the Azim Premji Foundation for Development.
