Spartan is a small, lightweight multi purpose uncooled thermal imaging scope designed and optimized for small and medium caliber weapons and can be used as a standalone sight, CLIP-ON sight or as a hand-held scope.
Spartan is based on a shutter-less HawkVision thermal imaging core with a resistive 640 x 480 micro-bolometer array on a 17-micron pitch and advanced thermal image processing. A 12-micron pitch QVGA Resolution is also available.
Spartan operates in a shutter-less mode and adapts seamlessly between varying ambient temperatures without the need for any NUC. It is the sight that never freezes.
Unlike any other weapon sight, it is designed with custom tactical mounts that provide zero retention even after firing hundreds of rounds. The sight is designed to maintain zero even if detached and reattached thus allowing to change optics without requiring to zero the weapon.
